As a 44 year old mother of three. Maria has a wealth of experience when it comes to being mindful of not just body, but of mind and soul.

Maria is a Fitness Coach, and certified as Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner/ Coach, Master of Hypnosis and Emotional Change Technique (ECT) Practitioner.

Maria has a passion for helping people achieve their full potential through breath- work, physical activity and the amazing natural power that comes from being in and around the ocean.

Maria has a PhD in Marine Science and incorporates her knowledge to assist in people achieving their best self, also creating healthy habits to live a cleaner more sustainable and eco-friendly life.
