Duration: 45 minutes

The sessions include: strenght training, accessory exercises, physical conditioning and stretching.

 

 I offer customized programs for my clients focused on their goals, improving body awareness by teaching them to breathe more efficiently while training. I mix resistance training with mobility exercises and breathwork.  All packages include access to the weekly program via my App, body measurements, nutrition support, and weekly communications.

 

Investment: $75 per casual session or $700 for 10 sessions!
